SAR 109T designed originally by Sarsılmaz for residential use stands out with its lightness and ease of use.

SAR 109T, which offers a highly effective use through to its high speed operation capacity, also enables the use of all kinds of accessories that may be needed in the battlefield with its modular body structure designed according to NATO standards. SAR 109T, which operates with the sudden blowback system, can make approximately 900 shots per minute while using 9x19 millimeter ammunition. A machine gun that can feed ammunition with a magazine with a capacity of 10, 20 or 30 missiles has a dioptic (50 - 100 m), foldable and adjustable mechanical sight that enables fast aiming. Furthermore, the length-adjustable telescopic butt stock reduces rearing by transmitting the recoil directly to the shoulder with its linear structure. The SAR 109T, which is used actively by the Turkish Armed Forces, Gendarmerie General Command and General Directorate of Security in the field, also has a version with its carrying arm.
